Produced with full automation ultrasonic stitching without touching. It has an ergonomic structure with soft and durable, latex-free 1/3 elastic ear rubbers. It provides 95% protection against particles. Our N95 masks show 99.9% filtration performance in laboratory tests. There are analysis reports proving that breathing is easier than other N95 masks. It has a design suitable for facial ergonomics. It fits the face perfectly with the aluminum-coated nose wire that takes the shape of the nose.
It has BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) and PFE (Particle Filtration Efficiency). The layer order of our N95/FFP2 masks consisting of 5 layers is as follows;
30 gr/m2 Spundbond + 20gr/m2 Meltblown + 20 gr/m2 Meltblown + 25 gr/m2 Spundbond + 25 gr/m2 Spundbond = 120 gr/m2
